6 Clemson Eye buildings acquired in South Carolina

Seven medical office buildings in South Carolina, including six occupied by Clemson (S.C.) Eye, have been acquired by Montecito Medical.

The seven buildings are 100% occupied and total more than 88,000 square feet, according to an Oct. 18 press release. 

The seventh building is occupied by Florence, S.C.-based Carolinas Centers for Sight. Both practices are affiliated with management organization Eye Health America.
