TriStar Health plans ASC, MOB in Brentwood: 3 things to know

The Nashville, Tenn.-based TriStar Health System filed an application to construct a medical office building and ASC in Brentwood, Tenn., according to the Nashville Post.

Here are the key details to know:

1. The site is planned to include a seven story, 149,000 square foot building and a 229,000 square foot, six story parking garage.

2. The medical office building is going to be occupied by medical services providers and physician practices.

3. The plan is pending approval from Metro Planning until Jan. 10.
