Philadelphia-based  University of Pennsylvania’s board of trustees has approved its first solo project in Delaware — a $25 million outpatient clinic in Talleyville.

The 7,865-square-foot facility, scheduled to open in late 2027, will feature radiology and primary care practices, including a 1.5T MRI scanner, CT scanner and other diagnostic equipment, according to an Oct. 3 Delaware Online report.

A substantial portion of Penn Medicine patients live in Delaware and currently travel out of state for radiology services, according to the report.
