WellSpan Health is opening an ASC focused on value-based care in Lancaster, Pa., the health system said May 18. 

Cape Girardeau, Mo.-based SoutheastHealth plans to build a $20 million ASC at its new Southeast Center for Integrated Health Services, according to a May 12 report from the Southeast Missourian.

The Orthopedic Outpatient Center is opening a 30,815-square-foot ASC and physical therapy suite in Medford, Ore., according to a May 11 report from the Daily Journal of Commerce.

Melbourne, Fla.-based Deuk Spine Institute is planning to open an ASC in Orlando, Fla., the Orlando Business Journal reported May 8.

Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health has broken ground on a new ASC on its College Station, Texas, campus, according to a May 4 report from CBS affiliate KBTX.

New York City-based NYU Langone is moving forward on construction of an ASC inside of a former Burlington Coat Factory in Patchogue, N.Y., according to a May 4 report from The Long Island Advance. 

Healthcare real estate developer Hammes has broken ground on a 48,000-square-foot medical office building in Buckeye, Ariz.

Madison, Wis.-based SSM Health plans to build an ASC that would replace a standalone emergency room, the Wisconsin State Journal reported May 3.

Construction is set to begin on an independent, surgeon-led ASC in Jamestown, Wis., the Telegraph Herald reported May 1.
