Here are three moves in Texas since July

1. Surgery Partners formed a strategic partnership with Dallas-based Methodist Health System, its third in 2023. Through the partnership, Surgery Partners acquired a minority interest in and will manage three of Methodist’s ASCs. The company plans to expand Methodist’s footprint in North Texas by acquiring and developing new ASCs.

2. Dallas-based ENT Specialty Partners opened a practice location in Southlake, Texas. ENT Specialty Partners has 18 partner practice locations across Texas with the addition.

3. Remedy Medical Properties and Medical Facilities Holdings completed a 59,741-square-foot medical office building in San Antonio, Texas, that is anchored by a Physician Surgical Network Affiliates ASC.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
