New ASC Development

An unnamed for-profit, private practice healthcare company and real estate developer Enclave are planning a $26 million facility in West Fargo, N.D. The healthcare company remains anonymous as of publication. 

Phoenix-based Valleywise Health's new center in Peoria, Ariz., now offers outpatient surgery services as part of a phased opening. 

At least three ASCs have been announced or opened in North Carolina in the past month — a huge feat considering only an estimated four total ASCs opened in the state in 2020. 

Cardiology practice Florida Heart Associates is building an ASC in an expansion and renovation of its central facility in Fort Myers.

Olathe (Kan.) Health has submitted to the city council plans to develop a two-story medical office building with an ASC, according to Kansas City Business Journal.

An underutilized clinic and circulation space is being converted to an ASC in Glendale, Ariz., dubbed the Phoenix Heart Ambulatory Surgery Center. 

Construction has begun on the Delray Beach, Fla.-based Addison Medical Centre, which will house Tenet Florida Physician Services' new outpatient vascular surgery program.

Raleigh (N.C.) Orthopaedic Clinic and Rex Healthcare are planning a third ASC in a community where population has increased 18.7 percent since 2010.

A partnership between Raleigh, N.C.-based ASC developer Compass Surgical Partners, Tampa-based Orthopaedic Associates of West Florida and Orthopaedic Specialties of Tampa Bay announced a new joint, spine and orthopedic ASC in West Florida.
