Valleywise Health offers outpatient surgery at new location

Phoenix-based Valleywise Health’s new center in Peoria, Ariz., now offers outpatient surgery services as part of a phased opening.

As of April, the 126,000-square-foot facility, dubbed Valleywise Comprehensive Health Center-Peoria, offers services including general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, gastroenterology, sports medicine and podiatry.

The facility opened its doors in January. Valleywise Health also broke ground on a $900 million medical center in Phoenix last year.
