New ASC Development

A 19,664-square-foot ASC is being constructed inside the Ascension Seton Georgetown (Texas) medical office building, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

From a 25,000-square-foot outpatient facility in Tennessee, to an expanded ASC in California, here are six new ASC developments Becker's reported on this week. 

New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health on Oct. 6 broke ground on a 200,000-square-foot outpatient facility that will be anchored by cancer care, neurosciences and cardiac care.

AdventHealth has requested city officials approve an amendment to its planned Clermont (Fla.) Health Park development to construct a 14,500-square-foot ASC, according to an Oct. 6 report from local news source GrowthSpotter. 

Montrose (Colo.) Regional Health broke ground on its 80,000-square-foot facility that will house an ASC, The Montrose Daily Press reported Oct. 5. 

Terre Haute-based Indiana Joint Replacement Institute is planning construction on a 35,000-square-foot, $28 million facility that will include an ASC and a hip and knee orthopedic clinic, the Indianapolis Business Journal reported Oct. 6.
