Mixed-use MOB with ASC set to break ground next year in Texas

Medical Plaza West, a new 70,000-square-foot mixed-use medical office building, is scheduled to break ground early next year in Katy Green, Texas, the Houston Chronicle reported.

 Medical Plaza West is designed to accommodate ambulatory surgery centers, radiation oncology and imaging services, said Brandy Bellow Spinks, vice president of CBRE, the leasing agent for the development.

The building is across the freeway from Texas Children’s Hospital and Houston Methodist West Hospital.
