Muncie, Ind.-based Central Indiana Orthopedics began constructing a facility in MedTech Park, a 37-acre business development in Fishers, Ind., Building Indiana reports.

What you should know:

1. The medical office building will include a surgery center and clinic, as well as imaging and physical therapy services.

2. When construction wraps up in late 2019, Central Indiana Orthopedics will shift its Fishers-based operations to the new facility from St. Vincent Fishers Hospital.

3. Greenwood-based Urology of Indiana broke ground on its new 22,000-square-foot Center of Excellence, which will offer outpatient urologic care, shortly after Central Indiana Orthopedics began construction.
