Denver-based NexCore group has partnered with Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health to launch an ASC in Folsom, Calif., Commercial Search reported Oct. 27.
The Folsom Advanced Surgery Center will span 92,000-square-feet. The budget for the project is $123 million, according to the report.
The facility is expected to be completed in 2027.
