130K-square-foot medical office building breaks ground in Virginia

Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate have broken ground on a 130,000-square-foot medical office building in Lynchburg, Va., according to an April 3 report from REBusiness Online.

The new Centra Langhorne Medical Center will be located near Centra Health’s Lynchburg General Hospital.

The facility will be fully leased to Centra upon its completion in late 2025.
