10 ASC developments costing $10M+ — October 2018

Here are 10 ASC developments costing more than $10 million:

UC San Diego Health's La Jolla, Calif.-based $140 million Koman Family Outpatient Pavilion is now open.

Advocate Aurora (Ill.) Health broke ground on a $130 million ASC and medical office building in Pleasant Prairie, Ill.

Show Low, Ariz.-based Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center is developing an $80 million, 105,000-square-foot outpatient pavilion with a surgery center and an administrative building.

Memphis, Tenn.-based Campbell Clinic broke ground on a $47 million facility with an ASC in Germantown, Tenn.

Medical City Frisco (Texas) plans to build a $35 million medical office building and surgery center south of the hospital.

Durham, N.C.-based Duke Health's plans for a $32 million medical campus expansion in Western Cary, N.C., involve building a multispecialty ASC. 

Orthopedic Associates of Hartford (Conn.) is building a $30 million outpatient surgical center in Rocky Hill, Conn.

Hendersonville, N.C.-based Margaret R. Pardee Memorial Hospital proposed a $16.3 million ASC development.

El Centro (Calif.) Regional Medical Center  opened a two-story medical office building housing more than 50 exams rooms, seven waiting rooms, an outpatient medical imaging center and several other amenities. Construction started in February 2017 and cost approximately $16 million.

Construction on a $13 million medical office building in Fishers, Ind., began Oct. 19. The 50,000-square-foot development, dubbed MedTech Park, will include a surgery center, clinic, imaging and physical therapy.
