$1.6M outpatient expansion planned at Kansas hospital

Wichita-based Kansas Surgery & Recovery Center is planning a $1.6 million outpatient expansion, Wichita Business Journal reported Feb. 22.

The hospital plans to add 13 rooms to be used primarily for total joint surgeries and joint replacements for hips, knees and shoulders. 

The addition will be 4,500 square feet and is expected to be complete by the end of September.
