Mr. Ferrari joined Shields in 2005, most recently served as Shields’ chief strategy officer, and has been instrumental in launching the company’s ASC line. Before joining Shields, Mr. Ferrari held leadership positions at Meditech and Winchester Hospital.
Thomas Shields will serve as the company’s CEO.
