ASC nurse Victoria Sweeney, RN, was among seven employees who received Employee of the Quarter awards from Springfield, Pa.-based Crozer-Keystone Health System.
Three details:
1. Ms. Sweeney works at Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center at Haverford in Havertown, Pa. She goes above and beyond in patient care while completing the monthly preoperative and post-anesthesia care unit schedules, a co-worker said.
2. Ms. Sweeney "manages to juggle all of the staff for these areas to appropriately schedule the correct FTE's while being fair with shifts and vacation requests," the coworker said. "[She] is in constant communication with the team to flex staffing as needed on the surgery schedule. She has compassion and respect for our staff and patients alike."
3. The Employee of the Quarter awards recognize those who provide high-quality patient care, consistently deliver outstanding performance, attain outstanding achievements, exemplify the standards of performance and are loyal to the health system. Recipients each received a framed certificate and a $100 check.
