Compass Surgical Partners celebrates 10-year anniversary

Raleigh, N.C.-based Compass Surgical Partners celebrated its 10-year anniversary Oct. 28, the company said.

The surgery center management, acquisition and development firm has 19 partner ASCs, according to its website.

Compass Surgical Partners recently entered a definitive agreement to sell ownership and management interests in nine ASCs to Dallas-based United Surgical Partners International.
