ASC leader to know: Don Phalen of Regent Surgical Health

Don Phalen is the vice president of business development at Westchester, Ill.-based Regent Surgical Health.

In this position, Mr. Phalen oversees all joint venture de novo projects and acquisitions.

Mr. Phalen has more than 20 years of healthcare experience. Before joining Regent, he served as a regional sales manager for ResMed Corp. While at ResMed, Mr. Phalen led a sales team and implemented a “strategic business plan in a highly competitive healthcare market.”

Mr. Phalen earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Milwaukee-based Marquette University.
