Here are four things to about Mr. Rosenbaum and Alliance Spine and Pain Centers:

1. He started his career as a consultant for Ernst & Young at the Carolinas Healthcare Consulting Practice.

2. Mr. Rosenbaum then served as the CFO of Concord, N.C.-based Christenbury Eye Center, and as the executive director of Charlotte, N.C.-based Carolinas Surgery Center.

3. He founded SourceRevenue, a healthcare consulting company, in 2002. Mr. Rosenbaum served as the company’s owner for over 12 years and was involved in more than $100 million worth of ASC transactions.

4. Alliance Spine and Pain Centers merged with Atlanta-based Interventional Management Services, an ASC management company Mr. Rosenbaum founded in 2014.
