Swallow Solutions raises $1.1M to fund sales of swallowing disorders device

Swallow Solutions has raised $1.1 million in a funding round led by Wisconsin Super Angel Fund, according to an xconomy report.

The funding will serve to support the sales efforts for the company’s swallowing disorders device. Thus far, the company has raised $3.2 million from investors.

The company was founded by JoAnne Robbins, PhD, CCC-SLP, BCS-S, of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, in 2004.
