The institute considered 2,608 individual ratings across seven areas, including products and services, innovation, workplace, governance, citizenship, leadership and financial performance. The institute combined the scores into a RepTrak score. Overall, the industry saw a 3.7 percent decrease in reputation scores from 2017.
