PAVmed subsidiary Lucid Diagnostics named Stanley Lapidus, founder and former chair of Exact Sciences, as vice chairman of Lucid's board of directors, according to a July 28 news release. 

Exact Sciences reported an increase in second-quarter revenue, including a 101 percent jump in screening revenue compared to the same period last year.
