Overlake Medical Center Colorectal Surgeons Adopt EndoWrist Robotic Stapler Technology

Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, Wash., has acquired the EndoWrist Robotic Stapler for use in colorectal surgery, according to a Redmond Reporter report.

Martin Herman, MD, and Mitra Ehsan, MD, fellowship-trained colorectal surgeons with the medical center, recently demonstrated how the surgical device can be used to assist surgeons during colorectal surgery.

Dr. Herman was the first surgeon in the state to use the EndoWrist Stapler in colorectal surgery.
