NIH grants Medical College of Wisconsin $1.8M grant to study chronic pelvic pain

The National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases has granted the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee a $1.8 million grant to study chronic pelvic pain, according to a Wauwatosa Now report.

Jyoti Sengputa, PhD, associate professor of gastroenterology and hepatology, and Banani Banerjee, PhD, assistant professor of gastroenterology and hepatology, will serve as the primary investigators of the study.
