The new headquarters will be in Norwood, Mass., closer to major medical device hubs, giving the company access to a bigger talent pool. Norwood is about 25 miles south of Boston.

“This move comes at a critical time for the company, as we focus our commercial efforts on placing the Pure-Vu system in leading U.S. hospitals,” said Motus GI CEO Tim Moran. “Having the core team in one location will be essential in streamlining our commercial rollout efforts.”

The Pure Vu system helps gastroenterologists clean a patient’s colon during a colonoscopy.
