The National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable named the winners of its 2021 80 Percent in Every Community National Achievement Awards.
The awards recognize individuals and organizations who are advancing initiatives to support increasing CRC screening rates to 80 percent or higher.

- Professional association honoree: American Association of Medical Assistants
- Cancer coalition/state roundtable honoree: Arkansas Cancer Coalition
- Physician champion honoree: Cynthia Yoshida, MD
- Community health center honoree: Esperanza Health Centers (Chicago)
- Free clinic honoree: St. Vincent de Paul Medical Center (Phoenix)
