MedStar Georgetown names Dr. Yuliya Rekhtman chief of pediatric GI

MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., has named board-certified pediatric gastroenterologist Yuliya Rekhtman, MD, chief of the division of pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition.

Dr. Rekhtman will continue to see patients in her private practice, as well as at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.

She completed her fellowship training at Morgan Stanley Children’s Columbia Presbyterian Children’s Hospital in New York.
