1. Dr. Taylor earned his medical degree from Washington, D.C.-based Trinity College.
2. He completed an internship at Dublin, Ireland-based Sir Patrick Dun's Hospital and a residency at Highland Hospital of Rochester (N.Y.).
3. Dr. Taylor completed his fellowship at Buffalo, N.Y.-based Edward J. Meyer Memorial Hospital.
