GI leader to know: Dr. Lin Chang of UCLA Health

Lin Chang, MD, is a gastroenterologist at the UC Los Angeles Hospital Vatche & Tamar Manounkian Division of Digestive Diseases.

Dr. Chang earned her medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine and completed her residency and internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

She completed her gastroenterology fellowship at the UCLA-affiliated gastroenterology training program.

Dr. Chang is vice chief of the Vatche and Tamar Manounkian Division of Digestive diseases, as well as program director of the UCLA gastroenterology fellowship program.

She is the co-director of the G. Oppenheimer Center for Neurobiology of Stress and Resilience.

Dr. Chang is a medical professor at UCL.A She has received Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen Award in Gastroenterology for Basic or Clinical Research and the American Gastroenterological Association Distinguished Clinician Award.
