Dr. Wait specializes in gastrointestinal reflux disease, functional bowel syndrome and viral hepatitis.
She began her career after earning her medical degree from Maywood, Ill.-based Loyola University. She completed her internship, residency and fellowship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago.
Dr. Wait is a board-certified diplomate with the American Board of Internal Medicine.
She is a member of the American Medical Association, Illinois State Medical Association and American College of Gastroenterology.
