Fujifilm receives CE mark for AI polyp detection tool

Fujifilm Europe will launch its real-time colonic polyp detection tool Cad Eye in Europe after receiving a CE mark.

What you should know:

1. Fujifilm Europe will launch the Cad Eye tool in March.

2. The Cad Eye is available through the EW10-EC01 software and compatible expansion unit EX-1 when used with the Eluxeo 7000 endoscope system.

3. The Cad Eye uses artificial intelligence to analyze the endoscope’s images and identifies polyps in real time. The tool is activated when physicians use white light or LCI mode
