Florida GI group partners with clinical service provider

Clearwater, Fla.-based Gastro Florida has partnered with ChronWell, a clinical service provider, to extend patient care with ChronWell’s digital health solutions, according to an April 15 release.

The partnership aims to improve clinical outcomes and evaluate metrics to reduce expensive medication and acute care, according to the release. 

ChronWell launched its health program for Medicare beneficiaries with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in April 2020. The program features care management, remote monitoring and tracking for chronic GI conditions.

Gastro Florida is the largest gastroenterology and hepatology group in the Tampa Bay area, with 45 providers across 20 locations.
