Here’s what you should know:
1. The scissors have both cauterizing and rotational functionality.
2. Slater Endoscopy designed them to cut and dissect tissue, cauterize tissue, cut sutures and cut non-metallic materials during endoscopic procedures.
3. The scissors can be used with any endoscope with a 2.8mm or larger working channel.
4. Slater Endoscopy released the Ensizor non-cautery scissors in October 2015. The newly approved scissors are the first to cut tissue and sutures.
5.
