Garfield Grandison, MD, will begin seeing patients at King’s Daughters Ohio in Portsmouth, the Times-Journal reports.

1. Dr. Grandison specializes in treating gastroesophageal reflux, inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome, among others.

2. He earned his medical degree from Mona, Jamaica-based University of the West Indies. He completed a residency at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic and a fellowship at Lexington-based University of Kentucky.

3. Dr. Grandison will be assisted by Ashlee Eichenlaub, APRN.
