Chadwick W. Hatfield, MD, of Tri-State Gastroenterology Associates in Crestview Hills, Ky., has earned board certification in gastroenterology through the American Board of Gastroenterology, according to an NKY.com report.
Dr. Hatfield is also board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
He is affiliated with St. Elizabeth Healthcare and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Northern Kentucky.
