Here’s what you should know.
1. The distributors’ assets consist of Cantel’s Medivators-branded products, which offer infection prevention solutions for endoscope reprocessing and endoscopy procedures.
2. Cantel CEO Jorgen B. Hansen said the acquisition will position the company in the Australian market. Cantel will distribute, service and support its products in the region.
3. The deal should close April 1, 2017. The companies didn’t disclose financial terms.
