Bariatric Physicians Join Methodist Hospital ReStart Center in Indiana

Jeffrey Rosen, MD, and Allen Mikhail, MD, two bariatric physicians board-certified in general surgery, have joined the Methodist Hospital ReStart Center in Merrillville, Ind., according to a Northwest Indiana Business report.

Dr. Rosen received his medical training at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Dr. Mikhail received specialized training in advanced laparoscopic and bariatric surgery at the Cleveland Clinic.

The ReStart Center is a designated Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence by the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, the only one in northwest Indiana.
