2 California GI ASCs extend lease in 300K-square-foot medical office building

East Bay Endoscopy Surgery Center and East Bay Center for Digestive Health have arranged to extend their leases at a medical office building in Oakland, Calif., according to a July 18 report from REBusiness Online.

The two endoscopy centers take up a total of 10,000 square feet of the 300,000-square-foot building, which is set to undergo renovations this year.
