Holy Cross Medical Group has added Nadia Isabel Abelhad, MD, to its cardiology team.
Dr. Abelhad is a cardiologist who specializes in preventive cardiology, advanced cardiac imaging and women’s cardiovascular health, according to a Nov. 17 news release from Holy Cross.
She has focus areas include cardiometabolic health, lipid optimization, plaque prevention, cardio-obstetrics, pre-eclampsia, cardio-oncology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography, Positron Emission Tomography, valvular disease, coronary artery disease and heart failure.
Dr. Abelhad will practice at the Holy Cross Medical Group Cardiology Office in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the release said.
