Foothill Cardiology buys medical office building for $11.3M

Pasadena, Calif.-based Foothill Cardiology Medical Group has purchased a medical office building for $11.3 million, according to an Oct. 9 report from L.A. Business First.

The cardiology group plans to move into the two-story facility. Currently, it is occupied by Acuity Eye Group and Pasadena Advanced Surgery Institute, but Foothill Cardiology Medical Group intends to fill the entirety of the property.

The nearly 35,400-square-foot lot includes 20,100 square feet of office space. It is also well-positioned close to Huntington Hospital.
