- Springfield, Ill.-based Prairie Cardiovascular added Summit Pandat, MD, a cardiologist and electrophysiologist, to its O’Fallon, Ill., practice.
- Terre Haute, Ind.-based Union Health added Dr. Irfan Shafi, MD.
- Aravind Sekhar, MD, joined Franciscan Physician Network Cardiology Lafayette and Crawfordsville, both in Indiana.
- Norwich, N.Y- based UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital expanded its cardiology program with the addition of Joseph Petro, MD, and Ifrah Abdirahman, MD.
- Charleston, W.Va.-based Vandalia Health added Mina Shnoda, MD, to its cardiovascular team.
- Las Vegas-based Nevada Heart and Vascular Center added Thomas Lambert, MD, to its team.
- The Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group added Michael Halista, MD, an interventional and structural cardiologist.
- Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd, Minn., added interventional cardiologist Igor Vaz, MD.
- Fairfield Healthcare Professionals Cardiology expanded by adding Steven Mould, MD.
- Leanne Woiewodski, MD, joined Greensburg, Pa.-based Independence Health System.
- Geneva (N.Y.) General Cardiology Associates, part of Finger Lakes Health, added Rawa Sarji, DO.
- Andrea Moyer, MD, joined the West Plains, Mo.-based Ozarks Healthcare Heart and Lung Center as an invasive, noninterventional cardiologist.
- Mudassar Ahmed, MD, joined Georgia Heart Institute, part of Gainesville-based Northeast Georgia Health System, as chief cardiology officer.
