5 observations about Brightree being named to Inc. 5000 for 6th consecutive year

Brightree, provider of cloud-based clinical, billing and business management software solutions for the post-acute care industry, was named to Inc. magazine's Inc. 5000 list.

Here are five observations:

1. The Inc. 5000 list ranks the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

2. The list is ranked based on percentage revenue growth, comparing 2011 to 2014.

3. From 2011 to 2014, Brightree saw a 128 percent growth rate, with revenue of $96.9 million in 2014.

4. Brightree has expanded its markets from just the home medical equipment market to investments in hospice, home health and private duty solutions.

5. To be named on Inc. 5000, companies must have been founded by March 31, 2011. They must have been U.S.-based, privately held, for profit and independent by December 31, 2014.

"As post-acute care continues to transform U.S. healthcare, we continually strive to enable home medical equipment, home health and hospice providers with the right technology and services to reduce costs, protect reimbursements and improve patient care," said Dave Cormack, president and CEO of Brightree.
