George Comfort & Sons, a commercial real estate company, owns High Ridge Park in Stamford. The park is a “designated commercial district,” which does not allow surgery centers, according to the report. George Comfort & Sons filed an application with the zoning board for the ONS project.

Stamford (Conn.) Hospital opposes the application. The zoning board is set to make a decision soon, according to the report.
