WSS designs and builds surgical center developments, with a focus on identifying sites that have the best growth opportunities. The company expects to begin construction on the 60 surgical facilities this July.
WSS will hold a second round of financing May 1 to fund an additional 60 surgical complex developments in the South and Southeast regions.
