What you should know:
1. The nine-story center will house operating rooms, endoscopy suites, imaging space, wound care services, several specialty practices and a cardiology center.
2. The center will offer orthopedics, spine care, maternal-fetal medicine and neurosurgery, among other services.
3. Developers expect to complete the center by spring of 2021.
4. The center will employ an estimated 450 employees once complete.
