Here’s what you should know:
1. The facility will operate at full capacity in January 2018.
2. The center is a joint venture between Winchester, Va.-based Valley Health and 50-plus local physicians.
3. The center is 22,000 square feet and has five surgical suites.
4. Center physicians will specialize in orthopedics, ENT, podiatry and neurosurgery.
According to the surgery center’s website, “The new Valley Health Surgery Center stands as a testament to the value of physician-hospital collaboration rooted in a common purpose — doing what’s best for our patients.”
