VA opens new $104M Charlotte outpatient center — 4 takeaways

Today, Veterans Affairs opened a new Charlotte (N.C.) Health Care Center, according to The Charlotte Observer.

Here are four takeaways:

1. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on April 8.

2. The public can tour the outpatient clinic after the ribbon cutting.
