Tenet’s adjusted EBITDA soars to $570M in Q3; AmSurg, Envision Healthcare shareholders approve merger & more — 5 key notes

Here are five key notes on ASC companies from the past week.

Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg and Greenwood, Colo.-based Envision Healthcare shareholders approved the companies’ merger. Holders of 88 percent of AmSurg shares gave the green light for the deal.

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare had an adjusted EBITDA of $570 million during the third quarter of fiscal year 2016.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Surgery Partners shares fell 5.01 percent last week. The company has a 200-day moving average of $16.44.

During the first nine months of FY 2016, Houston-based Nobilis Health’s total case volume rallied 11 percent and revenue per case jumped to $13,193.

During the week of Nov. 28 to Dec. 2, 2016, Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America shares fell 1.5 percent, trading at $70.32 per share.
