Tenet hospitals hold ‘Healthy Over Hungry’ food drive — 4 notes

Palm Springs, Calif.-based Desert Regional Medical Center, Indio, Calif-based John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital and Joshua Tree, Calif-based Hi-Desert Medical Center will participate in the “Healthy Over Hungry” food drive from June 3 to June 10, according to The Desert Sun.

Here are four notes:

1. All three hospitals are Tenet Healthcare providers.

2. The drive benefits Feeding America network member FIND Food Bank.

3. Tenet Healthcare will match all financial donations made during the campaign up to $100,000.

4. Tenet Healthcare operates 22 outpatient centers and three hospitals in the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin regions of California and employs more than 3,300 people.
