Three details:
1. Surgical case volume increased 1.1 percent compared to the same period last year, while revenue decreased 2 percent. Revenue at the end of the quarter was $102.1 million.
2. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization fell 5.4 percent to $21.4 million.
3. Medical Facilities Corp. recorded a $22 million non-cash impairment charge related to underperformance of one of its Nueterra ASCs.
